I was lucky enough to spend nearly every weekend with you when I was growing up. From running around the yard with the dogs, playing in the F lorry, catching grasshoppers and me and Tina playing the piano thinking we would be the next Elton John’s. Then when you moved to college road me and Tina still ran around the garden with the dogs and we always had a ham and tomato sandwich made by you. Sat in the lounge with your gas fire on while you told us stories about my grandad. You always had a big kiss waiting for me and I loved that you always smelt of soap and your skin was baby soft. I’ll miss you nanny but I know you and grandad are watching us all from above. Forever in my heart nanny lee xx
